Re: Cars N Coffee Picton @ BossKraft

This is always a great event and would have been my first for the summer but going to the practice session at WSID for the Australian Nationals drags this time. Hopefully see you next month!

Re: Headers

If there's any way you can find 1 5/8" primaries on headers of any length, it would be helpful on a 347. I think the Advance have 1 1/2" primaries (I believe they fit RRS so may be good on TCP too). Good luck!

Cheers

Re: Why you should think twice about US crate engines.

I've taken the time to read this article with interest. I think the title is somewhat misleading. It should read "Why you should think twice about buying an engine without knowing the engine builder." I've seen a lot of local engine builders rort the customer, on not only old school V8's ...

Will a new US radio work with our frequencies?

I am thinking of upgrading the old slide bar radio in the 68 with a new slide bar replica from Custom Autosound (handles Bluetooth phone, iPod etc etc). It is for 67-70 and comes with optional 1968 padded dash buttons (which I will need). Does anyone know if it will work properly in Australia? :impa...

I'm sure mine was also driven around like a shopping trolley with little stress prior to me....one for Nassi (and sadly I fit Pete's description!!!).

Go the springtime yellow!

Re: GT/CS tidy up

I also have the second edition, individually numbered with plaque, very nice and fantastic source of facts. You'd need to go to cobranda or Paul Newitt's site (I did that because I wanted a specific number in the book plaque).

I have a tach dash and trip meter.
