Re: Effie tidy up...

It's the bottleneck in the eastern seaboard highway - they say the bypass is 5 years away. I was down there last week for 3 days. Certainly lots of good roadworks going on. I was out at Darkwood in the Bellingen valley. Beautiful place, but i can still hear those Deliverance Banjos playing in my he...

Re: Projext X 1967 Fastback

Have a look at Tarafieds 67 429 coupe on the Stangfix forum.
He has put electric power steering in it and done a write up.
I think Craig is a member here too.
I also recall hearing there is a mustang runing around with an Astra unit in it.

If you want to polish them to buggery, i have some 3m 3000 velcro discs i can post you.
If they can make a brass fire extuinguisher look new, the should be able to fix a steering wheel.
PM me if you want a couple

Re: Mike's 68

Longer studs & a spacer for the other wheel is a VERY cost effective solution. I would take up LEE69's offer. However you need to measure the differences accurately. Let me know if you cannot get the studs as a supplier is very close to me. Spacers are not illegal as far as I know if done right...

Re: The Duggo ranch Fergy fixup ........

I think you had the perfect opportunity to hot rod it, and turn the front crossmember up the other way and given it some attitude!! Dissapointed. Could have saved a heap on fuel then by driving downhill all day!! He's more into concours, you can tell this by the rust which is factory fitted in Brit...

I came across these in my travels the other week near St George (QLD). i will be back there in early January if you need any bits. I think i might raid them for the front lights and any sellable pieces.
