Re: WHat to change on an import for licensing in WA
I went to Osborne park and had no dramas - had to book in though, but was guaranteed a slot. The amber park lights were fine, as were the new lap seatbelts I got. I had bought a replacement assembly for one of the park lights and for that one the park light and indicator were wired around the wrong ...

Have put this in the Project section because I've very quickly discovered that it will never be finished. :) The background story is that I saw ...

Wiring issue on front indicator/park light on a 66
Had one note from my rego inspection last week - the inspector guy said he had seen the same thing the week before so wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there's a trick to it. RH front indicator works but seems to be using the less bright filament in the dual filament globe and whe...

Rear Axle seal and Idler arm help - recommendation?
Hi All Took my 66 convertible over the pits this morning for rego - only a couple of things to fix, but one that I haven't had success with myself . Rear LH axle seal was leaking when I got it - replaced it and found that a previous attempt by past owner (?) had slightly scored the bottom of the hou...

Re: Where to stamp an Engine number.
Just rang the rego people. They said that in some cases you can get a plate which exempts from having an engine number, but in anycase, turn up at the licensing centre and they'll tel me what to do. Not much help. WIll see how I go.
