3 Tech Questions - Suspension, Diff Ratio & Mirrors
Hi all, Looking for some feedback from the experts about 2 parts of White Noise. 1. The suspension needs an upgrade, looking for directions to take to improve it vs cost for the highest end replacement stuff. 2. Considering changing the stock Diff Ration to 3.5 gears, anyone done it, hate it, love i...

Aftermarket Gauges - Suggestions please.
Hi all, just looking for some recommendations for a set of gauges for White Noise, I installed a set of Autometer Nexus but have had some hiccups with the computer/electrical side so deciding to go for some more basic ones. Just looking for suggestions on who makes a set of gauges that would be dece...

Re: GMG & 'White Noise' a mustang journey.
So finally another step along the path with White Noise, the installation of my Retro Sound II plus some 6" fronts in the custom kick panels, 2 6x9 rears with an Amp and 12" Sub. The stereo guys also did a custom boot install to clean it up as well as boxed over the spare/jack, etc. The Bl...

Re: Antenna (Powered/Billet Shorty or Other) & Horn Questions
It did work with the old column and wheel, and it also worked briefly with the new set up.

Antenna (Powered/Billet Shorty or Other) & Horn Questions
So 2 questions for the experts: 1. I am looking for a new Antenna, and considering either a Powered One or a Scott Drake Billet Shorty. Looking for feedback on either or other suggestions. The Car has metallic base window tints so I can't mount one inside, and as there is the old antenna base I have...

Re: GMG & 'White Noise' a mustang journey.
I have been waiting on getting the rest of the car sorted before finishing the stereo so its still on the shelf, hoping to have the air con sorted this week. More than likely I will be getting a total respray while I am overseas for work, on the road for 4 months so a good chance. That will put back...

Re: GMG & 'White Noise' a mustang journey.
Basically the outside and drivability are at about 95%, first dyno runs put the power somewhere around 330hp at the treads. Still some fuel system issues to work out, its currently leaning out in the higher rev's so we weren't able to get full power figures. Beyond that some minor cosmetic work to f...

Central Locking + Boot. Also Power Window close.
Hi all, I am looking for recommendations for a kit that will work with a 65 Coupe for Central locking, with possibly a boot option and/or an auto Power Window close. The Power Windows are already installed. I tried a local kit and the actuators weren't strong enough, so looking further afield and wo...

It was good to be able to say hi to a couple of the guys from the forum. It was a fast cruise out on the Highway and a fun drive back on Menangle Road.

Aftermarket Mirror choices for a 65?
Looking for any links or direction on getting some better mirrors for my 65. I find the standard ones a little small and as they are mounted so close your elbow always gets in the way of the driver side at least. Any tips on some that might be mounted out a little or larger, etc?
