Yes a new steering wheel is a good idea. Haven't decided if I'll fit the chrome trim yet. Has anyone seen cars without the trim fitted? Thinking I can just build the lip up to the correct height by welding some 2mm wire on the edge, just like when building up doors etc. Yes quite a few about 6 years ago, they looked quite good actually.
