Re: Help needed: No spark & points shorting out ignition wires
The MSD just has a hand-controller Hybrid, it's only handling fuel. The diagnostics on that show no errors and when I turn the ignition on, everything shows it's working? Michael from ICE wants me to rip the EFI off and put a carby on since it was previously working with the carby. But I'm hesitant ...

Netflix - Westcoast Customs S6 E2 - 2 Mustang builds
I know Westcoast Customs is not generally a good car show however they build a pair of Mustangs in this episode on Netflix.

Update: Checked the coils I have and they are non-resistor type. I've given up on the points dizzy. Talked to Michael when I first had problems and he suggested I try the Bosch coil I had. I wanted to make sure it wouldn't damage the ICE ignition computer. The ICE is very easy to wire, two wires lab...

Re: Edz 66 Convertible
I'm having trouble getting my motor running after fitting an MSD Atomic efi. It only handles fuel and the ICE ignition handles spark. Part A: The ICE ignition was running perfectly when the motor was running 12 months ago before I fitted the MSD. Wiring: I have a brand new ICE ignition wiring harnes...

Re: What temp should I set my MSD to to control two fans?
Thanks Hybrid. Never checked what temp the thermostat actually opens at.
This is my newly rebuilt crate engine, it was still running a bit hot last year but I'm hopping it's just because it's running in. only has 600kms on it.

Re: Pertronix installation
I agree with everything Hybrid wrote, great points (ha ha)! 2 things though: 1. The Petronix 1 will burn out if you leave the ignition on for a minute or two – ask me how I know? I let the smoke out of mine. 2. Make sure you don’t put a coil in that has ‘resistor’ on it, like the standard one and a ...

What temp should I set my MSD to to control two fans?
I'm setting up the MSD and it controls my two fans independently? What temp should I set them to come on?
I think I have the Milodon 180F (82C) high flow thermostat in at the moment?

Thought it was time for a update. Got busy playing with bikes and putting a new slab in for a second garage but onto getting the car back on the road. https://i.ibb.co/HGPvKPk/Garage-slab-setout.jpg I've relocated the battery to the boot using a double insulated welding cable for power. A mate donat...
