Current Query is due to fact that in NSW P platers are limited to cars with power to weight ratio .
They are NOT allowed over 130KW per tonne weight.
So before starting need to know. It looks like a stock 2 barrell windsor will technically be under the limits.
Of course by the time the boy gets his learners they may have changed the rules again ( then it will be just bad luck )
