Spend it on some good alloy heads and maybe a stroker kit, will cost about the same. 450 is doable with not much trouble in a 347, or in a 70 you could use a 351 block as is or go to 393, or 408. 393 is just a crank, with stock rods and 302 pistons, 408 is crank and rods and special pistons.
