Brake Booster teardown

Post by GRIFF »

I have an XB booster i wish to reco, has anyone dismantled a booster before?
i can see that the 2 halfs interlock and twist to lock/unlock together and there must be a method to dismantling these.
Here's one for you Hendrix fans, "Little Wing" by one of my bands MATT ROBERTS TRIO live at The Boatshed in Sydney.
We always try and give this song the respect it deserves and Matt rips up the solo's. enjoy!

Hi Guys,
I'm going to ask this in a new thread but thought you guys may be able to help.

I've just totally pulled the steering box apart on the 65. stripped it of everything including the grease.

Any Ideas on what grease I should use to replace it?

Seem not to be an on the shelf item.

Thanks,

Dan.
