Some questions about AOD's have been asked lately in the forums, so I thought I would write up an article based on information I have found during my research into AOD's and the few rebuilds I had to do on my AOD to get it right
The article is available here:

If you have any other mods for the AOD, let me know here and they can be added.

Nice work. G now has more things to do
Good to see more information going into the tech section. I am still working on my contributions.

Re: AOD upgrades in Tech Zone
how about mention of the return spring (external) mod that helps return the tv pressure lever back to original position and keeping it consistent?now that you should me how to properly set that cable and if my bracket was more rigid and not flex i dont think i would need that return spring. My pedal is extremely firm and gets harder the more throttle. I can only attribute this to the return spring at the box. Its a good safety thing for me though so i cant be inclined to go WOT so easily! lol

Yes a return spring mod is required for the Lokar TV kit as the one it comes with is pathetic.
Re: AOD upgrades in Tech Zone
Yeah good point. We've used them on all custom installs so far.
