Watched this the other day, no real surprises, but if you were stuck for space, the cast headers don't do too bad - especially if it was on a mild engine.

Yep Boof, I like them as well and they are getting a bit more useful in terms of their comparisons; ie reducing differences in the testing.
Really, unless you are using WOT (which most do not) then the cast headers in this comparison are pretty competitive for a whole host of reasons.

Yes though do not equate a stock Ford Windsor cast iron header being equal with that trick cast hooker product. Look how smooth it is with good sized internal with some length runners etc. The ford product is crap in comparison.
