I do not have an issue with the top mounts as the gusset is ample for what we ran on race and rally cars. However I always believed it needed a brace (tube would do) from the area where the top arm mounted then back to the firewall. John has installed torque boxes so what is there should be adequate for the road and as the engineer has ticked it off, then no need for me to say any more .......
