They look more like GT Option 52 wheels than torque thrusts to me. Note the pointed spoke vs smooth spokes on torque thrusts.
Have they got anything cast into the back? Delta made a similar wheel back in the day, but hard to know without looking for old catalogue images.

Early torque thrust wheels were like that. Shaunp, the wheels were off his 65 so assume they were on it ex USA.
