Import approval granted

Post by Bumblebee »

They've clearly had a big shake up at DOTARS, I posted my documents three mondays ago and I just spoke to them on the phone and my application has been approved and finalised. Crikey, that's about 13 working days if you take posting time into account!

Boat sails Sunday week.

Probably cos they would have a system going now the Dollar has stayed high, also the described car is a stocker, so no issues to look at.

Well done Bee, will be nice seeing that one cruising around...

Thanks Guys!

I will be bringing the vert to Nationals (will take both next year in Newcastle). Car gets shipped tomorrow week (Sunday) and based on the shippers previous recent containers, will land about 20 days later, then a few days (about 5) to be inspected and processed and released. So I'd say the 15th of April. Then it needs to be set up for rego and get it's pink and blue slips etc, so it certainly will be on the road by Nationals, but we'll use it locally for a while to make sure it runs well, doesn't overheat, a find out if there are any issues etc.

So for this year it's just the vert, but by May it will be well and truly sorted.

Look forward to seeing you on the road.
Cheers Bee
