Underdash aircon units

Afternoon all,

Anyone had any experience with underdash aircon units? I know in an old Torana we had one, wasnt too bad and only struggled on really hot days, but kept my knees cool

The one out of my donor car was badly damaged when the large tree tried to get into the passenger seat, so badly it will be easier to replace. Anyone seen these? Doesnt look too hard to get it behind the dash and then make up some duct work to use the stock 67 vents.

They are a good thing, we have one in Simons XP & it works well.

Sweet, have all the compressor and engine bay gear, jsut the internals are damaged. Will make myself a box of the same dimensions as the unit and test fit it this weekend
