(PRAYER) Oh thank you Wild Turkey American Honey & Cola in those small thin bottles, for giving me the strength to act like a half wit, and say stupid things at inappropriate times, semi-anonymously, on a public forum.
Amen.

Kosa,
i just had a read of your thread. I am glad you decided to keep the car mate. It can be daunting at times but if you are like me the sense of satisfaction on completing your own work be it on small things or large parts of your project is wonderful.

My project is by no means a restoration and my level of work is best described as amateur- but i am very satisfied with it , everytime i walk out into my garage i am absolutely floored by that gorgeous fastback shape. :headbang:

As my wife says everytime she hears me cursing from the garage or running inside for another bandaid " aren't you meant to be there enjoying your lifelong hobby"

Good Luck

Rob

Funny way to describe marriage ! Hobby by definition is a regular activity or interest that is undertaken for pleasure, typically done during one's leisure time.
I fail to see the link :argh:

Yeah, speaking of hobbies, don't they get pissed off when you put your stamps in a different album.

Good to see you back Kosa, I find it easier when I remind myself that the build was always a long term project. Sometimes its hard but you just remember that by doing it over a longer period of time that your not half assing it
