Good to hear Shane. I think we bought our cars around the same time. And it does get frustrating some times seeing your "as is project" sitting in the shed gathering dust. Must feel like a real sence of achievemement now that you have a number plate on it. Are you taking it to the Nationals? If so look foward to seeing it.

Back from the rigs, so as promised a few pics and some stories about the finalisation of the car over the last year or so.
Needs a good buff and polish which is my first job. Bought one of these polishers of the net when I was away. Interent shopping always gets you through

Wanted the interior to be as high quality as possible so spent a fair amount of time prepping it.
Cut most of the rust out of the rear firewall, re-did all the mounting brackets and drilled new holes for the trim to ensure a good fit

Fibreglass panels all got the treatment as well, scratchs and chips filled, all corners and pointing holes re-glassed and re-drilled
Trial fitted, these were in and out many times to get a good fit.
Steel trim all rubbed back for a smooth finish prior paint.
After paint...

Nice work.
I will someday think of something clever to say.

What are the holes in the floor near the shock bolt opening?
