Diff oil??
Whats the best oil to run in a 9" trak lock diff?? 85/140? 80/90??

Don't forget to add the additive for limited slip diffs. You can buy this at the same place you buy the oil.

I use one oil in diffs SAF-XA full synth 80/140. never need to change it. Speced for 300k km drain life in rockwell and eaton truck diffs on long haul road trains. Standard fill for all Hipo Falcons and Commodores ie Clubsport R8 etc. Also used in Holinger 6 speed V8 supa car boxes.

No you can't use it in a TL, syncros won't work. Try some Valvoline duragear GL4 75/85 semi synth.
