You need the Lucas Technical Bulletin # O-4-1-0-T. There it recommends the correct tools & procedures for installation. The biggest thing is, do not let it get wet (or misfire) ..... :poke:

It's called plasti dip. You can get it in a spray can for doing wheels and parts or it also comes in a can. We used to use it to dip the end of tools ect when I was an apprentice. It can be brushed on and thing and has excellent resistive qualities.

Super cheap sell the liquid insulation in a bottle.
