Strange.
Can you also let me know the full URL in the address bar when you get that error?

Can you check what version of browser you are using?
Devs think it looks like IE8, which is ancient and doesn't support HTML5.

Yeah I'll check today mate. It's about 5 years old I guess which could be considered ancient. FYI, here's the URL (I think I got that right) ?:

Thanks. I just edited the link because it looks like it contained your password in plain text

It does look like something odd with your browser, because that should never happen.

I will notify the Devs of this and see if we can somehow test for an unsupported browser and error out instead of letting it get that far.

It's a good find, because they are pretty strict on security in this website backend.
Back to your issue though. You said it's a work machine... do they let you install anything on it?
If they won't/can't update your browser to at least IE9, can you install chrome or firefox?

As far as work goes I'm it so all good there. I'll update the browser and let you know how it goes. The lappy needs replacing anyway it's excruciatingly slow but I'll upgrade the browser today.

not sure what has happened but today was the first time the site has remembered my login details- yeah! Might have something to do with Windows completing a major update.
Cheers

It's probably more likely that the cookie that was still somewhere on your computer expired.
