Thats what another forum does and it shows in profile.
Then people could donate if they like to and don't have to if they don't like to.
Say $5 or $10 which is nothing and if it doesn't cover it all well atleast you not out of pocket.
I personally think if you controlling it you shouldn't be putting in anymore then the time you do.

I agree with the yearly donation.
And if there are any excess funds, i am pretty sure some will raise the subject of Tapatalk again
