They are NOT allowed over 130KW per tonne weight.

So before starting need to know. It looks like a stock 2 barrell windsor will technically be under the limits.
Of course by the time the boy gets his learners they may have changed the rules again ( then it will be just bad luck )

Gee Moe, certainly some damage to that 68 coupe, good pick up for the parts, not sure what the interior is like though
