However so is the newspapers I read & Facebook. So I would guess the string that carries the information, to the house, is wet from the rain the other day ......
Of course it is slow, it's all uphill from here.

The server is in Canada, so the yanks probably purposely make it slow to make stuff out of Canada look bad.

Hybrid,
It's happening again. It takes about 14-17 seconds to load a page. Is it just me or other experiencing problems???.?.

Mine is OK at the moment, but I'm in head office all this week on WIFI, not connected how I normally would be at work.

It would have been good to get a traceroute while it was working well.
We could have compared that to a bad traceroute and see which hop is causing the issue.

I find it good both at home and work.

Home has very average speeds and work is not as fast as you would hope.

Not really experienced any hanging.

I'm also up around Winsto way if that helps the analysis

Same, do not recall the night though.
Same same a few nights ago.
Also sometimes i loose all text, avatars and pictures "if i recall correctly" in posts. Refreshing, going back or clicking on something else doesnt work, and have to leave the site and come back to be back to normal. I do have the now not supported XP and using Chrome.
This is the first time it has happen again since i mentioned it above.
9am wst today. Not sure if it has anything to do with my connection or old computer.

Lol this is my most reliable computer the desk top i assembled myself years ago. We have 2 other laptops for the kids, vista that has all the programming stuffed up and is slow as hell even they wont use it, and my old one with windows 7 that isnt a lot better.

It won't be reliable once someone gets hold of all the unpatched security flaws on it

Vista... worst operating system ever released.

Windows 7 is pretty good these days though.
