Michael, the first part of your statement is correct.

Re: Jacko's Project
Jacko, can you confirm the rumour that the new project will get a paint job ahead of the neglected 68 fastback? if true, that will leave the fastback with less coats than a stripper at a bucks party......
Re: Jacko's Project
GTR perhaps?
Re: Jacko's Project
Nope, the GTS is correct with Lee nailing it.
I already have two GTs, hence this would be the third. Sebring Orange was only offered on the GTS Monaro in '69.
Car is black, although true to form the paint is mostly delaminating- read peeling off. It was featured in a magazine called 'Street Heat' in 1989 at which time it had two carbies sticking out of a hole in the bonnet. It has not seen daylight since the early 90's.
Big Mc is applying his magic to a few car park dings, a couple of bigger impacts and addressing the inbuilt 'rust guaranteed' option in the lower rear panel (please God, don't let him hit it with a large piece of wood) before Tint Master Steve gets to weave his spells over it.
I have written the dismantle up but as I don't post it anywhere it is really only a story to myself. The old lady down the back is getting pretty nimble now days as I rarely come close to hitting her- with anything heavy anyway. Go Pat!
