My exhaust specialist prefers Super Cats over Magnaflow, he says they're essentially the same system and Super Cats have a much nicer finish without the ugly welds at each end.

I had Flowmaster 40's previously, here's what they sound like:

Supercat are the Magnaflow suppliers in Aus !!! Supercat is owned by the Melbourne Steel Co. If he is referring to their 'Motor Sport' series of mufflers they are basic Chinese made stainless steel.
Yup, already spoke to them. Nice enough bloke, however NIL stock, next lot months away, and he wants around 30% (plus freight to me) more than Summit ask (even with FX and my sea freight costed in). So he's nearly 35% more... I like buying local (and often do) but there is a limit to the premium I'll pay for that, and usually I expect the benefit of less delay. So Summit it is!

Ive never had an issue getting a car on the road due exhaust noise I wouldn't stress about it. The exhaust I have for my car came from summit, it was about $800 to my door letting them ship it, was here in about 10 days in big heavy box, think it came Fedex air freight.
