Spare what?
I’m trying to work out if the glass is too big that they sent me, or have I got 67 quarter windows??

Glass and frames, I put all new stuff in his car, so he will have spare new glass cause we ended up with 2 sets of 1/4 glass and his original set of frames. He is at Bathurst.
I need a rear window and LH rear 1/4 glass if you're listening Astro.

I have fitted 66 complete quarter assemblies into 67's and vice versa. I suspect the overall length will be similar. The glass astro has will probably be the same as the new glass you already have but a measurement would confirm this. I suggest you install one complete assembly and confirm whether it fits or not, If it does fit then chase up the correct glass. Probably cheaper than buying the complete assemblies.. Just my thoughts..

My money is on your new glass not being cut the right size.

Are both new sides different size to your original glass?

Great, I will pm him see if he can measure the glass for me, as I’m still stumped. Do I have 67 frames or have they sent me the wrong glass.

Thanks Kerry,
Therefore they have some how sent me the wrong glass then. I wasn’t sure because Whalen you look up the year model glass they are different part numbers for 67-68 and 64 -66.

Because of the frames. 67/8 front door glass is mounted different. I have swapped glass in all those models.

I would say that the glass is a stuff up. I believe all that glass comes from Taiwan, sorry, meant China (I don't want to offend Beijing) :$

Ok,
Measured my roller position and they are the same as Dwayne’s.....so it’s not that...but you can see the original glass on the top, the glass underneath is the new one. Approx 9mm tooooo long..
Hi.
Me again,
The supplier sent new glass, however it is the same size as the first.
Has anyone got glass out that they can measure, as you can see in the photo the new glass is tooooo long by about 11 mm.
The longest part of the glass is 351mm on the new glass and 340mm on the original.
Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried to install that new glass? As mine will not fit?...
Do you have any old glass to measure?

No didnt bother, John got complete new assembled rear 1/4 windows so we never used the new glass that came in the kit.
