Sorry guys, cannot make it.

Tried to get Ron's 69 Mach1 finished (lucy066) & now it decided to run bad. I will have to get it sorted tomorrow as I have no other time. :rtfm:

Q is on a deadline & it is getting tight.

My Mrs said we got some funny looks also, but I didn't see it. Lucky nobody said anything to me because after trying to find a car spot, I was not particularly happy and probably would have bared my arse
I hate that shopping centre at the best of times.

I was probably only there from about 1:30-2:00

You will not get any argument from me on that one. My least favourite events are ones where there is no shade. The idea of an outing is to have fun & not be uncomfortable.

To be honest, the main reason why I did not go (other than the above) is because I feel I am no longer welcome at these events. Happy to go on a fish & chip run though, along with any other non MOCA event.

I got asked by 2 people what the logo was about. We need to have the website on our shirts , stickers and caps. Fellas we need WWW.Mustangtech.com.au. we are picking up members on a daily basis and we need to highlight the forum IMHO. The next show is in February in Canberra, and I think we need to highlight the fact there is another forum, as Ron and myself explained to a young lass this morning. Ron you were leering..... by the way
Cheers.

The website is on the shirt isn't it? At the bottom of the logo?

Hawko, there is no way I would have lasted that long. I was actually leaving and decided I would give it one more go on the exit level. If I didn't find a spot on one last loop around, I was outta there.

IMHO being a MOCA associated show and all funds going to PatCH (Pediatrics at the Canberra Hospital) which MOCA will also donate to, i believe this to be in a little bad taste medic and also there are shirts just for that show for the day I also am lead to believe.

flame me if u guys want but just my opinion
Cheers,

Having a car show near a mall is a good idea as it allows eating/shopping along with the display. However you also need somewhere with space & that is not it.

The Entrance car show is a good one, green lawn & picturesque. Also near the shopping center. There is more to an event than parking space for the display.

The Canberra day sounds like another good event. What is close by for eating & other activities that would amuse the family?

Nah, thats a fair call, I've calmed down after a bad nights sleep. I wa s a bit shocked to see a bloke in the middle of a conversation with a group of people stop and have a go at me over the shirt, in front of the rest of the group....
I was good though, just walked away, remembering his face for the next time we meet..
Cheers.
