Made some anti intrusion bars to replace the railway line they had in there originally. Heaviest doors I have ever lifted & now they are less stressful on the hinges (that have been rebuilt) ...........

They are one mother of a door!! I remember doing some work on a mid 70's valiant and was amazed at how much room was inside the door. You could fit a boom box in each door and still leave enough room for the windows to go down..

The "new repo" quarter panels are only the lower skins, leaving me to rebuild all the edges of the rest of the quarters (waist line & up).

They are quite involved & are consuming a LOT of time. However it is one of those tasks that I will not let beat me. Thanks Mark ........ :P

I was amazed because I had to make so many edges that aligned with other panels (all of them), so I guess the proof will be when I fit the trunk lid ....... :$
