Where are the latches placed on the back of the fold down seats seats when looking from inside the boot?

Near done, just a few bits and pieces. Sooooooo close. The last 5% is taking forever

Are you happy with the new seats and did you end up using the rear as well?

Seats are great, lower seat risers. Used the original holes... rear seats are original. Will upgrade later, just want it on the road. ASAP..

I’m trying. The gearbox seems to be stuck in drive and the motor is running like a hairy goat...
I think it’s in limp mode, I think ?

The box is likely in limp mode if you have disconnected the falcon cluster. I had a speedo fail in my old au Ute one day and it locked into limp mode.
My understanding is the signal goes from speed sensor to Custer, then from cluster to computer.

😭😭😭😭 project Phoenix failed her blue slip. Everything was fine, except the mechanic doing the blue slip wanted the TCP rack engineered as it is not stock, bummer. I didn’t think it would be a problem as the rack uses the original bolt holes, no welding or fabrication..

In hindsight I probably should have kept the steering box set up. It would have been cheaper and less hassle....
Oh well lesson learnt..

If you haven't got an engineer yet, Troy did my RHD conversion. Easy to deal with

Well after nearly a year trying fault find the gearbox issue. Ie sluggish, locked in third gear, won’t shift ect. I found the issue, after pulling the box out twice, chasing wires to and from the gearbox.
.yellng, screaming and possibly crying. In a drunken state I had an apifiny. Was the eecv correct.......
.
The eecv has been flashed by the tuner to a MANUAL. 🤪🤪🤪. It was done by accident but has taken years off my life. Now just waiting for the engineer to look at the rack, and then rego..
