I agree but atm there wont be any money spent on flash new vinyl seats, its a very small budget build with what i have laying around. I can always change it later.

These are the NC Fairlane seats loose and roughly fitted, the back bit is in 4 sections, 2 side cushions 2 fold down seats one with the centre arm rest fitted to it.
A little dirty, material slack and a little bunched up but you get the idea.
They were very thick so i have removed the bottom seat frame and cut a load of foam out with my panel saw to get it sitting lower and overhanging the panel above the bumper, i can neaten it up later if i use it. Not sure on the look but they are hell comfy, might have to go black with these seats.

Also did one more repair to the inner quarter this arvo, wasnt going to bother because you dont see it , but that would be slack. I got some underbody tar sealer i didnt want to use on the fastback i can spray the underside with.

The morning before i F...d my leg up I went all out and bought 2 pack paint for a change rather than using my left over Acrylics. Reason for this is im doing Wild Violet the same as what im going to paint the convertible which i decided i was going to use 2 pack rather than Acrylic, and i thought i would use the couch for practice. So this means i had to start from scratch and not use my acrylic spray putty, primers etc. So i buy 1 litre of primer, 500ml base coat and 1 litre of clear with hardeners and thinners... $220 later 8O ... this project wasnt suppose to cost anything. :argh:

Anyway im mobile again, hobbling around, healed quickly after tearing the Medium Calf muscle. And today even thou only 16 degrees i applied the 2k primer as a high build which it definately needs. Then ill have to block it back and recoat when im free in a day or 2 as its going to be a :drink: weekend with some parties happening. :cheer:

Its 2 weeks away from the Mustangtech WA gathering and i have promised Mike a usable couch (i didnt say finished) :poke:
