Re: 67 TriPower
Has been a while as i have been waiting for parts .All the front pulleys are fitted 120 amp alternator to handle current draw with the fuel injection ,electric fan and aircon . The afco radiator just sits between the front rails we will build a new alloy shroud and fit a fan out of a USA Ford Taurus .They are a 3800 cfm rated so it should take care of the cooling . The remaining exhaust will be fitted at home this week a mate of my sons builds custom stainless exhausts and intercoolers for a living . Once that is completed i can finish off the fuel lines and then run all the electrics .
Gradually getting closer to a finish .

Re: 67 TriPower
Nice, not much hood clearance there by the looks of it?

Re: 67 TriPower
There is not much room between the cowl and water pump pulley; I had the same issue. I used the mondeo two fan set-up and it works really well. I will try and find a photo and post if you like.
What are the dimensions of the radiator?

Re: 67 TriPower
Im currently at work but from memory it is 27 inches wide and i think 19 inches tall fits well between the front rails i will offset the fan to the left of the schroud to clear the water pump pulley. Not a lot of clearance with the rad cap and bonnet but enough as ihave lifted the radiator off the bottom rail to allow airflow accross the bottom of the core . The Afco was a good buy $390 through Boetcher race parts in Ipswich Qld . The fan i bought through Summit $160 landed . I think it will be a good setup and at a reasonable price hopefully it will be up to the task.

Re: 67 TriPower
That's a good looking 'zorst!
And a good way to save some space with the shroud too.
