You need the Lucas Technical Bulletin # O-4-1-0-T. There it recommends the correct tools & procedures for installation. The biggest thing is, do not let it get wet (or misfire) .....

No Kerry, the biggest thing is dont let the smoke out in the first place.

I note that no one has figured out the Tech Bulletin #
It's called plasti dip. You can get it in a spray can for doing wheels and parts or it also comes in a can. We used to use it to dip the end of tools ect when I was an apprentice. It can be brushed on and thing and has excellent resistive qualities.
