a little update if you are going down the route of efi do some calcs on your amp draw numbers i just realised my 85a alt is not up-to scratch and have had to upgrade it to a larger one , but still overall it was a good move . i also found out that the reason its so touchy from idle is the throttle geometry is off so i made a linkage extension and it has made it work properly, i will update again soon

What the hell is a hyperspark?
We drove the car with the Fitech on it down to Tassie before Christmas. Ran way too rich on the way down so I leaned out the targets on the way back and much better. Pretty cool being able to do that on a handheld controller.

hyper spark is a dizzy ,cdi box and coil that you can control timing from display without the rfi issues you can get with dual sync and msd 6al type ign that fitech and Holley can suffer from, designed for the Holley sniper system all plug and play but can be used with any tbi injection or coil setup. you can set timing for idle, cruise, and wot also cranking, so you might crank at 12 deg idle at 16 and have wot at 36 takes the guess work out of having it re curved plus you can control it from the hand held with fuel and everything else

cool. There are a few who suffer the rfi issues but that has a lot to do with the wiring routes and the dreaded earths. Fitech users also found some units where the cover around the area for what would have been a fuel bowl, was bolted down such that it crimped one of the wires causing intermittent issues that looked like a ground/earth problem.

If the sniper is controlling the fuel pump, it should shut it off when the engine stops such as in an accident, even if the ignition is still on? If you do need one - $31 delivered Collision - Fuel cut out
