Post by ozbilt »

Started the day By riding up to StMarys to see Steve with Pinto-Pete & his 2 boys. Following with a car full of wheels, tyres & Mustang parts was jusTANG. Steve was waiting for us & after we arrived Cage turned up & a short conversation ensued. Pete & the boys took off for MotorEx & j, Cage & I kept waffling on with Steve. Surprise of the morning was gbx78 turning up to introduce himself to all present.

MustangMedic had turned up at Duggo, so j & I left StMarys for the drive back. During the afternoon we had some of my neighbours turn up, Graham (69 Firebird), Dave 72 Bowell Nagari & Steve (56 Chevy). Only Dave bought his car along as we were still under water.... 8O

jbb & his family also came along making it around 14 here for dinner. Jeff & Jules turned up after dinner & stayed a while catching up with those still left here.

As for pics, I will leave it to Medic to post them as he was the photographer for the day.....

Thanks to all that were able to venture out to Duggo & hope you all had a safe trip home.

Thanks to sSteve (soc) for hooking me up with getting the tryes fitted< new shoes all round.
A clean up on the Whitewalls this week and then will shot up some pic's of the pony in her new shoes,
a great feeling really as the tryes that were on her were really bad from the original purchase, Just couldnt find any original looking tires I liked. These are only 195 75 14's but seem to almost look original.

Thanks to Kerry fopr hosting another get together :headbang:
Cheers,
j

A few of the party goers & a neat visitor (Bolwell Nagari). It was wet (but did not rain) & became bloody cold.

Thanks again to all that ventured out this way.......

Lovely car the Bolwell. I have admired them for years. That one looks very tidy.

http://bolwellcarclubnsw.com/page15.htm (lots of neat Bolwell pics here along with some of Dave's car)

It has 302W power, his dad has one with a 351 in it, I believe. Long drive for that car to my place. Dave lives on the corner of my street (my side of the road). Graham lives opposite & walked up (has the Firebird)

Was good to catch up again with those that were left by the time we arrived.

Jules had done her makeup trial for the wedding earlier in the day, so she had excess make-up on for a Mustang get together
We enjoyed the bit of banter as usual.
