Have had a few big days working on the car .Stripped down the select air conditioning for the car it has not fared well new heater core some fibreglass repairs fitted it out with a new foam kit and waiting on a TX valve from the US . Be careful when filling in any spare holes in the firewall as we had prick of a job working out the mounting holes for the under dash unit .

After all these years the big day arrived and Tripower came to life at 11,45 am .,what a sound I must say I am wrapped it sounds tough and the throttle response is so precise and crisp next step is to trim out some fuel a bit on the rich side .finish off the interior and get the car engineered and registered . Then just drive it can't wait .

Nice one.... if it's crisp while it's rich it will be even better when its leaned off a bit!

Nothing more motivational than the sound of an engine firing up for the first time :like:

Neat sound coming through what seems to be almost a standard exhaust system?

I have made some more progress these last few days, interior is finished. The Recaro seats are a treat to sit in its amazing the transition from bare floors to carpet and then fit the seats ,it looks like a car again , even the stereo works . I fitted the grill today and had to move the power steering oil cooler not enough room . The car goes through its engineering Monday ,roadworthy after that so I hope to have it on the road the following week all going well. I will take some more photos when I get the car out of the shed .
