Sorry for the throwback but making your own brake calipers is probably the most badass thing I've ever seen...you make MacGyver look like a girl scout

I am interested in the manifold build. Always wanted to build a cross flow EFI manifold. Interested in the details and how it works out.
I will someday think of something clever to say.

Well I got the caliper tested this week,
and we got good even clamp pressure between all pistons,
and pumped in excess of 1600psi pressure into it without any leaks or problems of any kind, so I'm pretty happy with that.
now to find time to make the rest of them.

Well Finally, After nearly 3years in the bodyshop we now have the ole girl back home all repaired and painted.
it's certainly been a long wait but worth it, all the lines and gaps are absolutely perfect, probably better than when she left the factory. Now for me to get my ass in gear and finish the machining of components for it and the long road to re assembling.
So it's go go go from here on.

Yep - excellent stuff. Grabber blue is always a good looking color.

Opps - the first photo really looks close to it. Cameras often do not show the colour accurately.

BTW: I am still keen to look at some form of custom ITB manifold.
