Yeah they are, but still not a patch on Telstra. At least in NSW. I can't vouch for other carriers.

Optus may improve though because they now charge the same as Telstra for their plans, so they should have spare cash to invest in their network.

I can help out over this side of the country but I will be away a bit coming up too and over Christmas with possibly limited internet so I might be a bit slow with things.

On your mountain bike, should be able to hide the antenna in the seat post...... :poke:

Im wired but no sim... I think u have the best deal going there hybrid. Im sticking with telstra as they have best coverage. . But theres no such thing as a cheap plan.. I think the prepaid is still cheapest at 30 a month which isnt cheap!!

Yeah $180 for the year was about the best I could find. Down side is shelling out $180 in one go.
