New moderators

I've decided to add a couple of moderators so that Ozbilt and I aren't the only ones waving the big stick, and to share the love around a bit.

At the moment, Foresight and Moe have been given the nod and have graciously agreed to help.

I was sort of hoping that when I read "New Moderators" as a title , I was going to see news of new Mods on another site.
