Rocks Re-shell

Hi All, First post on new forum. Just thought i would let you know what i am up to with my 66 fastback. I have bought another shell and am going to swap everything over from the original car. Project starts today. Going to start stripping this arvo and have a very small amount of prep to do on the new car. No time frame at this stage but would like to have it all back together around xmas. Will start posting some pics soon. Cheers Rohan.

Why the swap? How bad is the existing shell?

After several different inspections it came down to 400hrs of repairs or 200hrs to re shell. So 2nd option is the best way to go.

Hybrid there will not be much left of it when the project is complete,but one mans trash could be someone elses treasure.

Would love to see pics of your existing shell, so are you going to use a coupe as a donor or what?
Supposed to have sold the stang and moved on, but cant keep away from this place or my stang for that matter!!! ever tried to sell your left nut?

Yep, very interested to see the extent of the damage
Supposed to have sold the stang and moved on, but cant keep away from this place or my stang for that matter!!! ever tried to sell your left nut?
