I've edited this post since I don't work at the previous company any more.
We have also stopped purchasing Meitrack devices because we found a better option.
If you want to buy your own Meitrack, you can do that, as we're still supporting them on the Mustrack website.
You can now purchase a 3G tracker from here:

The Mustrack documentation is available in the Help Menu once you're logged in to the Mustrack website.
The document provides basic info on setting up the tracker and configuring it for the website.
