This is so neat

Post by ozbilt »

My dream car.

I have followed this car & one other since I was a kid (a bloody long time ago) & it is on my list to build one before I depart this world ......

I'd love to see that build thread Oz, they're a very cool looking ride. I have a customer with a '32 deuce coupe, owning one of those is top of my list (can't build for nuts). Not only do they look cool but the driving position is just so unique - and surprisingly comfortable, even for lanky buggers like me.

I have built the bodies on 2 X 32 roadsters (both skinny wheel, flathead powered) & also made major mods to a 32 three window coupe (real original body) powered by a blown (Kenny Bell blower) 5.0.

Also built a coupe of 34 five window coupes (one original ford body, the other a fibreglass) & a 34 cabriolet.

Now "me" time ...... ;)

It's the style of car that hot rodding is based on, hey Oz. On every man's wish list.

I would never consider building it here. If I get to any future projects, it will be in California.

In over regulated Australia I will just continue to walk or catch the train ......
