Re: Yamba Rod Run
Hi 69ish, I missied this thread & I missed you. I live in Yamba & this year was the 1st year that I've had absolutely no participation at all in the rod run due to wifey recovering from surgery & me having to look after her & 3 boys under 6. I did pass you when I was doing a bottle shop run Saturday afternoon.
Saw this very straight, shiny purple 69 coming towards me & when I saw your plates 69ISH, i thought "F*ck me, there's 69ISH & I never had a chance to meet & say Hi over a dozen beers". Oh well, hopefully next year.
Looked like some good new cars here this year from what I did see. I only live 2 blocks away from the Blue Dolphin Park where it's staged.

(PRAYER) Oh thank you Wild Turkey American Honey & Cola in those small thin bottles, for giving me the strength to act like a half wit, and say stupid things at inappropriate times, semi-anonymously, on a public forum.
Amen.
Amen.

You keep some very good company.

The holiday park is a great spot for everyone to stay at, isn't it. 4 minutes drive to anywhere & great amenities. Definitely will catch up next year if not before.
