Hi guys,
I have installed a TCP rack and pinion. The instructions state that the fluid must be petroleum based and not synthetic and with no leak additives.
They state.
Pe to sin or NAPA but can't locate any.
So does anyone know a powersteering fluid that is petroleum based.
Cheers

I've been using this Castrol hydraulic oil in power steering for years (recommended by the guys who rebuild racks and pumps for me)
https://www.castrol.com/en_au/australia ... s-80w.html
If you download the 2016 data sheet from the link below, it does mention petroleum (if only a small amount) in the Composition and Ingredients table.

It's oil based, not synthetic, so should do the job.
