Buy or bower an export brace

Hi guys,
I'm looking at making an export/montecarlo brace for my 66. The issue is it's got efi and the stock ones don't fit. I'm after an old one to take measurements off and to make sure it's square. I know my towers are towing in by 13mm so I can't mock up on the car and weld in place. Just looking to borrow or buy an old one.
I'm in the wollongong area and looking for someone close.
Thanks

What's fouling ?
Ive had 2 efi Systems in my 66 - a stock HO one and a special Tickford 5.6
I did have to reweld the coil pack bracket to clear - but I felt it better as I got the one piece export brace,
I'll see if I can find some photos and details of the brace

This was the best as the montecarlo bar was bolted to the export brace - making a nice rigid frame

Mine is the stock AU efi plenum, neither side will fit.

Hmmm,
Not sure - my montecarlo bar goes across just in front of the intake - should be the same for yours.
Maybe we have different motor mounts - Do you have 65 or 66's ?
Actually - Looking at it again - I reckon it would clear :) (Just have to shorten the coil pack bracket)

I have a Maier racing brace like Dave's sitting at home that I can get some detailed measurements for you if that helps.

I have the "straight" monte carlo that was on my car before the supercharger. It was bent up ever so slightly to clear the distributor (I think).
I also have a curved one that I never used somewhere.

I don't have an export brace though.

I have one on my car. I don't have one I can lend to him.
And yes, have boxes.
