jonn's 65 gt coupe restoration
Hi Everyone,
This is my 65 GT Coupe that I purchased in 2008.
Even though all of the rust repair is now complete, I thought it was worthwhile to show where I started and a brief glimpse of the last 2 years.
regards
Jon

Very nice John. BTW you got good taste, 1965 and GT....

Progress has been slow, got most of the interior primed. Currently sorting out the seam sealer and then I’ll get some colour on the inside of the firewall and the floor.

While it's still some time before I'm assembling, I've started to prep my parts.
Got my leaf springs cleaned and finished with phosphate and oil finish. I've replaced the anti squeak pads and will be fitting new front bushes and spring clamps.

Great photo's of your GT Jon! Lot's of work, but worth it in the end so you know its a solid car through and through.
