You can set your profile up to receive notifications when a New PM arrives in your Inbox?

Under your "User Info", go to "My Account" then go to "My preferences".

Scroll down to the bottom of the list and you will see the last 2 items as

"Notify on new Private Message by Email:"
"Pop up window on new Private Message:"

Set 1 or both of these to "Yes" and click on the "Save Changes" button

Now whenever a New PM arrives, depending on what you set, you will receive an email notification and if you are already logged in (or when you login next) a little popup window will also open notifying you that "YOU HAVE MAIL"... so to speak.

awesome cheers mike many times i have missed private messages because there was no real notification. I was just too lazy to look into doing anything about it

It was on sale sweetheart.... 2 for the price of one - Scott bought one and just GAVE me the other one for free!!! He is such a TOP guy!

im waiting for it to cool down, had almost a week off with this damn virus and cam gets back from holidays today so i better do some more work on his engine. running by the end of this week hopefully!
